How do I get an access code?
Access codes are shared by email to Questrade with customers who are opted into marketing emails.

What if I have opted-out of marketing emails?
If you’ve opted out of marketing emails and want to receive communications on future drops, you’ll need to opt back in. You can do this by emailing unsubscribe@questrade.com and requesting to be enrolled for marketing communications again.

How do I use my code?
You can click to claim 1 item of your choice. From the cart you'll be prompted to enter your code in order to proceed to check out

Can a code be shared or used more than once?
Each code is single-use, and specific to each drop. Once it's redeemed at checkout or the drop has passed, it becomes invalid and can't be used.

Can I save my promo code for a future drop?
No. Codes are generated at each drop. When there’s a new Questrade Supply drop, you’ll receive a new code via email.

Are items and shipping really free?
Yes! Both the merchandise and shipping are 100% free.

How many items can I claim?
One item per customer.

Can I change my item selection after submitting my order?
No, all orders are final once submitted. Make sure you’re checking out with the item you want!

What if an item is out of stock before I redeem my code?
Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, so out-of-stock items unfortunately can't be backordered.

Is this a one-time pop-up shop?
This isn’t the last you’ll see of Questrade Supply. Keep an eye on your email inbox to find out when our next drop is.

Where does Questrade Supply ship?
Anywhere within Canada, including Quebec.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You'll get one in your standard Shopify order confirmation email.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No, shipping addresses can't be updated once an order is submitted.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately all orders are final. We're unable to process returns or swap items. We really hope you love the piece you chose!
